Dr.-Ing. Michael Teutsch

Lebenslauf

Michael Teutsch studierte von 2002 bis 2009 Informatik an der Universität Karlsruhe (TH). Seine Diplomarbeit zum Thema "Fusion von 6D-Stereo- und Radardaten zur Segmentierung und Attributierung von Objekten im Straßenverkehr" fertigte er bei der Robert Bosch GmbH Leonberg unter der Betreuung des Forschungszentrums Informatik (FZI) Karlsruhe an. Seit September 2009 arbeitet Herr Teutsch am IES in enger Kooperation mit der Abteilung Videoauswertesysteme (VID) des Fraunhofer IOSB . Seine Forschungsinteressen beinhalten Objektdetektion, -tracking und -klassifikation in verschiedenartigen Bilddaten (visuell-optisch, Infrarot, SAR) sowie maschinelles Lernen. Momentan beschäftigt er sich hauptsächlich mit der Klassifikation distanter Objekte für die automatische Aufklärung und Überwachung.
