Dipl.-Ing. Michael Grinberg studierte vom 1998 bis 2005 Elektro- und Informationstechnik an der Universität Stuttgart. Seine Diplomarbeit fertigte er am Institut für Automatisierungs- und Softwaretechnik (IAS)  der Universität Stuttgart in Kooperation mit der DaimlerChrysler AG (MTC Sindelfingen). Seit Oktober 2005 arbeitet Herr Grinberg am IES in enger Kooperation mit der Abteilung ASM des Fraunhofer IOSB .
